French, Silver, Signature, Hidden Lid, Enameled, Decorative Artisan Made Cigarette Box Part of this collection is an early 20th-century cigarette box with influences of the Art Nouveau style. Its surface has fine details and geometric patterns engraved on gilded silver. On the inner surface of the box, a portrait of a woman depicted in vivid colors is depicted, which was one of the popular artistic themes of the period. Historical and Cultural Importance: On the lid of the box "J.A.P." With its monogram, a workmanship made using prehistoric engraving technique can be seen. There is a French inscription on the painting on the inside of the box under the title 'La reine Cléopâtre', suggesting that the box was produced in France. Stamp marks on the bottom of the object indicate that the box is original and was produced to a certain quality standard.
